The following is the USGenWeb Project policy statement on lookups:

The USGenWeb Project, ILGenWeb Project and Iroquois County IllinoisGenWeb Project policy prohibits lookup volunteers from infringing on copyrights, so please do not ask for large quantities of information, information on multiple people, or photocopies of pages from the books. If you have questions, please review The USGenWeb Project policy on copyright issues.

If you see a book listed for lookups that you hold the copyright to and do not want it used, please contact the ILGenWeb Project State coordinator and/or the county coordinator.

The Iroquois County Genealogical Society is on-line, and will accept lookup requests by e-mail
A good place to visit on-line is the list of US Resources at RootsWeb. There, you will find a list of persons with Illinois Reference Materials they will share.
